Hey, I saw those polka-dotted snakes in the surf at Playa La Ropa.
I asked the Dive Master at Paraiso Hotel about it, this was what he said:
"Those are friendly little Eels and are as safe as they are beautiful"
I believe him as it is my understanding that all sea snakes are toxic, but most are typical reptilian and not truly aquatic. But, I think Moray Eel and Iguana are cute, HOWEVER I hate those icky Cockroaches.. DIE!!! EEEKKK!!!!
