I have not had the priviledge of fishing with Ramon. Two of my close friends have fished inshore with Ramon and if you would like their opinions I will be glad to send you their e-mail addresses.
I do know his brother Hector and he is a very fine fellow. I have heard nothing other than good things of Ramon. I do know Dan & Gary had a good trip with Ramon.
