I've stayed there several times. Very clean. It has shared kitchen & dining areas for every 3 rooms. 1 or 2 have a/c. Imelda is a great host, doesn't speak much English though. She has 2 new 2br. bungalos just down the street that are beatiful. No ocean view, but it's close to it and downtown!102 steps down the backside & your at the Casa Cafe.
