Spent the last 8 days of september in Z - loved it! We stayed at the hotel brisas del mar - perfect locat1on for a first timer!!! and since it is/was the low-season - we had the hotel & surrounding beaches and restaurants to ourselves (with the exception of sundays). Let me just say a big thanx to ZihuaRob for making this site possible, what a great place to get all of your questions answered!!
Ixtapa on the other hand ... skip it - soooooooo glad we didn't stay there longer than a few hours 2 check it out - reminds me of being on a cruise boat.
Weather was great, hot, humid, got a little rain in the evening 1 or 2 nights. Water was warm, terrible for fishing but great for getting into.
